When I came home from work yesterday evening, Larry was in the midst of dinner preparations. That's one benefit of having to work some weekends - when I do, he's the chef. He made lentil-quinoa patties with a mushroom gravy, smashed red potatoes, and sauteed broccoli with a lemon-chili paste sauce. Everything was delicious, and I'm having leftovers today for lunch.
